August 11, 2011

OK I admit, I had it with Barack Obama long before he was elected President. I think the exact date that I was done with him was on January 16, 2007. That was the day Obama announced the creation of a presidential exploratory committee and within hours, George Soros sent the then-senator from Illinois a contribution of $2,100, the maximum amount allowable under campaign finance laws. By the way, Soros, through his various 527 tax-exempt organizations, made sure over $85 million was pumped into Obama's coffers.

I've never been a fan of the President and have had a hard time calling him MY President (which he is). I've been called a racist because I disagree with  each and every policy issue he has thrust down the throat of Americans.

But that's OK! I know I'm not a racist.

In fact, Walter Williams, an African-American Economist and professor at George Mason University says that the only racists in this "Post-racial" presidency are mostly black. You don't have to look too far than the race riots in Philadelphia and at the Wisconsin State Fair to see just how true this is. Interestingly enough, we haven't heard one peep from Mr. Obama as we have from the Mayor of Philadelphia, telling African-Americans to stop the violence. It's as if his silence spurs them on to more violence.

On election night, 2008, my son, a police office in Orlando, Florida worked on what was to have been his night off. In fact, the entire uniform division worked the night. Not a single officer could be off; not a single officer was allowed vacation time. Why?

The police chief, an African-American, anticipated trouble. If Obama lost, there would be violence, if he won (which he did) there would be jubilation (and there was).

132 people were arrested that night -- all celebrating. Each person arrested had three things in common, viz. they were all African-American, each discharged firearms in the city limits and each possessed stolen guns. All but three had criminal records. They all, however, were a part of a nationwide group of celebrators simply ushering in the new "Post-Racial Era" of Barack Obama. Never mind the fact that their actions were quite terrorizing.

Situations like this, and others around the country, provide sharp rhetoric from the left saying this serves as proof that we should have very strict guns laws imposed on Americans. Far-left statistics concerning gun violence never focuses upon the person using the gun and how he obtained it. Gun owners are for the most part law-abiding and have never been convicted of felonies. The trouble with those in Orlando was they were not able to purchase a gun legally, since they were convicted felons, and each one committed felonies by stealing a gun, or purchasing one that was stolen.

One very far left acquaintance of mine got into an argument with my wife about the issue of gun control and he continues to curse the five supreme court justices who upheld the right of citizens in Washington D.C. and Chicago to own firearms. He says that he is a staunch opponent of the death penalty and believes that the only exception would be to execute gun owners -- simply for having a gun in the house.

Such thinking, like that of those on the left who believe I and the whole host of conservatives are racists, explains why I get frustrated with liberals. You just can't reason with them.

Ann Coulter is right when she says in her latest book, Demonic, that the actions of the left are always motivated by and from a "mob mentality." The far-left works from pure emotion which wells up into action and which, in turn, brings about destruction.

Just yesterday, I expressed my ultimate frustration with liberals in a Facebook notation in which I said:

Liberals "feel", conservatives "think." Liberals are neurotic, conservatives are rational. Liberals are "mob minded", conservatives are enlightened. Liberals love propaganda, conservatives deal with facts. Liberals hate the truth (& love the lie), conservatives put up with their lies and seek the truth. Any argument with these FACTS? If so, you must be a liberal & therefore you can't handle the truth. You cannot argue with reason! CASE CLOSED!

To illustrate just how true the very first sentence is, I need go no further than to point to the many times Nobel Laureate, and far-left economist Paul Krugman blasts the right, the GOP and anybody who disagrees with the policies of Barack Obama.  He appears quite frequently on ABC's This Week spewing invective against those, he calls "illiterate" or "uneducated." He gives no clear reasons for his positions, never documents what he calls facts, and looks like a pinhead when he tries to go up against George Will's well-researched arguments on matters political. Krugman gets all emotional and fails to present cogent facts based on reason. He just throws out the typical far-left talking points with groundless accusations against those he holds in contempt.

Add on top of all of this, the fact that the so-called "elite" liberal (Harvard University, Phi-Beta-Kappa, Rhodes Scholar) who merely takes his cues from Saul Alinsky. What makes this person so "educated" is his knowledge and expertise of the thirteen rules that form the tactics of a radical organizer. Alinsky's thirteen rules can be summed up in the expression: "Lie like hell. Keep telling the lie and everybody will come to believe it. Tell it louder and you stir up a crowd." I will add that when you act on the lie and you get a mob. When you have your mob, you have a "revolution," which, in turns, describes what we see all over Europe, especially in Greece, Spain, and now Great Britain.

By the way, did I mention that all of these situations feature not only mob violence, but that those mobs are from the left?

So you can't really reason with a liberal. You can't have success when liberals run the show. And you certainly don't have any reasonable expectation of being treated like a human being when you are the target of liberals. What is it that Alinsky says? "Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it" (13th Rule).

Yes, Obama has fundamentally transformed America. America will never be the same. I just hope that there are enough "thinking people" i.e. "non-liberals" out there who will enter the voting both on November 6, 2012 and show this President that they have had it with him and his liberal base as well.

We have less than fifteen months to go. Look for Obama and those farther to the left than he is to ratchet up the hate rhetoric. But just remember: Conservatives think!! Liberals feel, throw rocks and spew from their innards.

We believe that the Constitution of the United States speaks for itself. There is no need to rewrite, change or reinterpret it to suit the fancies of special interest groups or protected classes.
